One of its complications is visual impairment.
People with a long standing and poorly managed hypertension will on the long run develop visual impairment.
Any visual impairment in an hypertensive patient should be reported to a Hospital.

PREVENTION
Be regular on prescribed antihypertensive medications as well as routine follow up clinics.
CONCLUSION
Do not ignore/neglect visaul impairment.
This is mostly ignored by the people in many cases and they have to suffer the consequences later on. Thanks for informing about the cure and precautions.
